We are a family-owned and operated tree farm located just southeast of Independence, IA, in Buchanan County. We have been raising quality trees since 1991. Quality Evergreens prides itself on the beautiful Firs that become the centerpiece of countless family Christmases.
The experience of purchasing a fresh Christmas tree is like no other. There is never any rush when it comes to finding the perfect tree, so plan for a few hours to half a day. Snowball fights, building snowmen, and family photos are also never out of the question. We love watching families make memories that will last a lifetime!

We are proud to offer fresh, locally sourced trees right here in Buchanan County! When you visit the farm, you'll find yourself experiencing the sights and smells of Christmas in a beautifully remote scenic location.
While roaming the farm, you'll witness our never-ending Concolor and Cannon Fir options. Along with trees, we offer fresh, handmade wreaths as well as loose greens.
We encourage our customers to bring the entire family to start a new family tradition of picking out the perfect tree and cutting it down yourself. There is nothing more magical than taking your hand-picked tree home and decorating it as a family!
